SHIPPING
How much will delivery cost if I'm in the UK?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK mainland orders.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail using their 2nd class service.

Can I upgrade my delivery?
​
Yes! You can upgrade to express delivery at a fixed charge of £7.55.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail using their Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service.

How much will delivery cost if I'm not in the UK?
​
Delivery within Europe (inc. non EU countries) will incur a fixed delivery charge of £11.80. The Rest Of The World (inc. United States) is charged at £20.55.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail using their International Tracked + Signed service.
​

How long will it take for you to process my order?
​
We aim to process all standard orders within 1-3 days.
House and venue portraits will take up to 3-4 weeks (we will confirm what to expect at the point of ordering).
Turnaround on bespoke orders will be discussed with you at the point of ordering.

What about Customs and import taxes if I'm ordering from outside the UK?
​
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Please be aware that I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes! If you've changed your mind or there's another reason you need to return your order, I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery of your order to arrange a return.
​
You will need to dispatch your returned items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
​
Unfortunately, custom, personalised or bespoke orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Will I have to pay for my return?
​
Yes, buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Please do also note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Help! My order hasn't arrived!
​
Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived although please do bear in mind that if you have chosen standard delivery, Royal Mail can take up to 2 weeks to deliver (although this is unusual). Please also take a moment to check your delivery address to ensure you have entered it correctly.
I will happily replace any genuinely lost items as soon as possible.

Help! My order has arrived damaged!

Oh no! Please contact me, sending pictures of the damage and I will look to replace your item as soon as possible.

I've changed my mind! Can I cancel my order?
​
Of course! These things happen!
However, as we aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, please contact me to request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
